As of today, our organization has a total of 276,134 hours.
To apply for assistance with Hurricane Beryl 2024. Please fill out the form for home repair services.
1. You must have a FEMA Case number 2024.
2. You must own your home or be on title to the house.
3. No investment properties.
4. Please only send copies. We will not return any documents. info@homesweethomecrc1.org
5. We only accept PDF files. You must send all documents or we will not move forward with any file with missing documents.
6. Copies of paycheck stubs, Award letters, etc. must be in PDF responsibly.
7. You will be responsible for a Resident (subject to) inspection. Depending on the property size, this inspection will cost $450-$600.
8. You must have a Survey of your property. If you do not have one you will be responsible for getting one.
9. Please do not call our office to ask about your application. Someone will email or call you.
10. If you have Homeowners or Flood Insurance we must have a letter from the company of their inspection of the home. We will need a copy of the report. FEMA will decline anyone who has not already filed with your insurance company.
11. Please take pictures of your damages. We will contact you on what we will cover.
12. All funding from your Insurance Company and FEMA directed to the home must be used with this program or for the house before our financing can be used.
