This plan 843 will be part of our Tiny Home project in South and Southeast Houston, Texas. It is a two-bedroom, two-bath home without a garage. The plans will not be altered. These homes will be for Seniors, Veterans, disabled people, and low-income households.
You must qualify to live in this community. You must meet this requirement by:
* Income 50% medium income limits by HUD.
* Age - 55 and older
* Disability - Approved by Social Security
* Veterans Status -Honorary Discharge DD 214
Children ages 0-24 are allowed to stay with family members. Additional income will be counted.
You must have full guardianship before filling out our application.
